Required skills:Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:
• Strong knowledge and working experience in DevOps and collaboration platforms (Atlassian stack and Azure DevOps)
• Practitioner of Agile & DevOps principles
• Ability to provide consulting to the business / project teams in the areas of CI/CD adoption
• Propose service improvements to the Atlassian, Azure platforms in the existing cloud infrastructure
• Identify and implement automatable tasks
• Manage Life cycle activities for the Atlassian/Azure DevOps/Worksoft Test Suite
• Administration knowledge in DevOps platforms (Atlassian stack/Azure DevOps) is preferred
• Service coordination with product vendors, or 3rd party vendors
• Gathering of business requirements and implement them in the platform as per the enterprise needs
• Conduct meetings with Product owner and key users as necessary
• Continuous improvement mindset to increase efficiency in service
• Worked with geographically distributed teams
• Team management & strong communication skills
• Ability to conduct training/workshops for the users in the areas of Agile/DevOps
Knowledge and experience in below tools are mandatory:
Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps Boards, Azure Repos and Pipelines, GitHub Enterprise
Process Knowledge: ITIL & Agile (Mandatory)
Secondary / Preferred skills: Cloud infrastructure, AWS AKS, Azure Kubernetes Containers, knowledge about the monitoring tools (Datadog/Grafana/Prometheus), Testing & Security (SonarQube/Fortify/Worksoft Suite)
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Day-to-day, your responsibilities include planning and design of the desired relationships and operating models across our client’s software, hardware, networks, people and operations, to effectively operate in a Cloud oriented environment.
? Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.
? Display leadership by establishing goals for the team and members of the team if required.
? Be savvy with problem-solving
? Be a point of contact for clients
? Strong understanding of fundamentals of IT security, access controls and application security mechanisms is preferred
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Work diligently towards better relationship with the customer

Level of experience: Overall experience 5 to 8 years in required skills.
