Description:This project involves exploratory analyses of clinical biomarker data for large omics databases.
Tasks:
• reports of statistical biomarker analyses on a regular basis as presentations and -if requested- as PDFs
• participation in meeting with a dedicated biomarker contact person
• if requested: give access to analysis results in the form of R Shiny apps
