Your Skills
- Exp. in SW Activities (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, support)
- Knowledge of the structure, setup and functioning of operating systems (Windows Client Server, Windows Server)
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL, Oracle, Caché)
- Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, Firewalls, interfaces - eg ASTM or HL7)
- Travel to customer site required
- Remote work is an option (ca. 50%), depending on project setting and customer requirements
Your Tasks
- Hands On Support in the field of Hospitals and Laboratories
- Customer site surveys, data gathering and analysis, kick-off meeting to support detailed engagement planning
- Customer (site) training on products and lab-specific implementation
- End-to-end on-Site validation/QC, formal exit criteria review and cut-over of all operations to target systems
- Contracted "high-touch" Hypercare period and transition to ongoing steady-state service/sales support
