The Editor/Documentation Consultant is responsible for the knowledge transfer of the Novomind iPIM standard, project and customers customized features and functionalities towards all users and interested stakeholders by applying a modern and convenient written documentation.
Tasks
-adapt self-training center documents (e.g. role related user and administrator manuals) towards customized functionalities
-describe workflows and procedures in a structured way, design navigation concepts and create items for content and/or learning management systems
-develop guidelines, how-to’s and help sections, broadcast news as well as update information
-consult stakeholders to create the necessary expertise in preparation for the formulation of requirements for data model, rights & roles and workflows to be mapped
-integrate use-cases into the documentation in accordance with data governance as well as business & rollout engineers
-support documentation approvals
-support in writing project documentation
-participate in process routines and rule meetings of the agile development framework SAFe
-support the overall technical, IT environment and agile project to identify dependencies
-align with legal entities and edit texts accordingly
-comply with agile increments according to SAFe
-collaborate with other editors and further colleagues
-Requirements and qualifications:
-outstanding skills in fluent and semantically easy understandable wording
-experience in structuring and writing texts of different purposes
-domain knowledge (MDM, PIM, DAM, eCommerce, marketing technologies)
-experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM)
-skilled in stakeholder communication
-5+ years of experience in the relevant field
-business-fluent in English, German appreciated

Duration: till 31.12.2022
Hours/ days / week: at least 3-4 days
Location: Remote
