Your Skills
- University Degree or comparable education Computer Science
- Industry knowledge (Automotive)
- Strong technical understanding of Document Management solutions in Archiving and eSignature
- Experience in digital document archiving
- Several years of experience in rollout of technical solution
- Several years of experience in project management
- Understanding of Market solutions from OpenText and Namirial
Your Tasks
- Review market usage of the HQ archiving and eSignature solution with all 16 DTFS markets worldwide
- Revisit rollout strategy and calculate business case to enforce the digitization
- Identify demands and future feature requirements to intensify the usage in the markets and challenge existing solution (archive = OpenText, eSignature = Namirial)
- Drive and ensure rollout for HQ Accouting (SAP Archiving) with Go Live October 2021
- Drive and ensure rollout timeline of European Archive implementation in 2022
- Revisit Global Rollout Status of eSignature
- Steer rollout of archive solutions for the different markets (employee archive, data archive, contracts )
- Collaborate with IT and Business Units in finding modern and user-friendly digital documentation solutions (eg Enable self-service for customers for archived leasing/financing contracts based on available Azure solutions)
- Design and implement a standard rollout processes based on best practices Drive cost efficiencies through automation
- Project Management for operational initiatives
