· Familiarity working with Enterprise tools for “Order to Remittance” (OTR) processes.
· ITIL Process experience.
· Knowledge of IT infrastructure management.

Area of responsibilities
· Internal Hiring: Working with Talent Planning and deployment team to select internal candiates for various resource requirements.
· External Hiring: Working closely with recruitment team to close resource requirements.
· Working with procurement team to hire subcontractors - procurement management of human resources.
o Collection of timesheets and raising goods receipt notes for subcontractors every month
· Onboarding the selected candidate to client's organization and systems and help the resources to secure client provided assets
· Provide assistance to on-boarded resources to secure access to client systems.
· Off-boarding of resources from client's organization and systems, including tracking of loaned assets to be returned.
· Estimating, Deal pricing, budgeting (quarterly, monthly) and Invoicing to client
· Generating periodic reports for the consumption of senior management.
