Job Description:
Enterprise Architect (Overall Solution Architect)
• Work as an Overall Solution Architect for projects involving BY Demand, ESP, IO and S&OP
• Sound understanding of business processes
• Strong technical and functional understanding of BY Supply Chain solutions
• Knowledge of latest BY versions on cloud with SCPO will be an advantage
• Work directly with clients at team and project management levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions
• Responsible for overall impact analysis and provide recommendations
• Focus on business process re-engineering efforts, technology enablement, and related change management.
• Driving the complete transformation solution including BY and technical integration
• Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) will be advantage from integration point of view
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A minimum of 14-16 years prior experience on Supply Chain Solutions
• At least 8-12 years of hands-on systems configuration experience in BY Solutions
• Successful completion of at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations of BY Solutions
• Strong ability to engage in discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
