Location: Mostly remote some onsite in Neustadt
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge in Zscaler
- Project experience with Zscaler in connection with SaaS services
- Experience in troubleshooting & problem solving with the help of Zscaler
- Experience in the implementation & monitoring of operational and security requirements
- Business fluent German and English, spoken and written
Tasks:
- Configuration of the Zscaler SaaS services
- Support in setting up Zscaler policies and implementation of the best practice guide for large policies
- Connection of OnPrem SIEM and Active Directory
- Implementation of operational and security requirements on the platform
- Monitoring and accompaniment of the change, Incidend and Problem Management
- Training of employees
