Detailed job description - Skill Set:
Responsible for managing (with MobileIron) apps on BYOD (Android and iOS) and iOS work devices in the global Mobile Services team. Active portfolio management regarding the apps provided in the Daimler AppStore
Build a global environment (app repository) to support the Lifecycle app in a DevOps model (App Testing, Piloting, Go Live, Support, Sundown). Automate the onboarding and signing process for apps and provide a dashboard for the app development areas
Coordination and consulting of the app development areas regarding integration and commissioning of their apps. Demand management regarding new requirements for mobile infrastructure and operation/support
Further development of the "Mobile App Developer Guide" regarding the technology used for app management, app configuration and app Security (container)
Coordinate the development (according to Scrum) of a Mobile Services app to deliver news and support news around the world. Close cooperation with the UX team in the development of the solution (according to the design thinking method)
Central contact from the infrastructure sector regarding apps also towards Apple and participation in the Apple WWDC
Collaborate closely with our team in India to build a 2nd level support organization for apps
Active communication in the mobile community and the digital workplace bodies
Work Location : Stuttgart, Germany
Salary : Upto 400euros per day depending on role and experience
