Job Description:
Deskside Support Services
4+ Years of experience in supporting End user computing
Skilled and enthusiastic engineer who can provide operational support for workplace and end user machines.
Installing applications, troubleshooting issues with office applications and other
Performing OS upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10
Technology; ability to document processes and procedures.
Attending user calls and fixing issues for users
Must be strong team player
Outstanding Customer service skills required
Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
Good verbal and written English communication skills Implementation of Projects
