Für unseren Kunden in München suchen wir ab Juli einen IT Support Administrator (m/w/d)

Die Aufgaben umfassen:
 
1st/2nd Level IT Support based on IT Tickets
Documentation (Information Security Management, Knowledge base, Wiki, Ticket handling)
Supporting colleagues with easy and complex issues and questions
Internal IT Projects
Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration
VPN and InfoSec monitoring
Productive systems monitoring and alert handling
Employee Trainings and know-how share
Technical on- and offboardings
Information security tasks and support of the InfoSec Admin
Networking / listen to the customer, identify and support low hanging fruits of internal customer satisfaction

Skills:

IT / Computer science related professional training or degree
Fundamental knowledge in Network technology (LAN/WAN/VLAN/WIFI/Firewalls)
Fundamental knowledge in (mobile) Device and Asset management
Fundamental knowledge in Microsoft Azure (Active directory)
Fundamental knowledge in Information security (Access and Permissions, Passwords, MFA/2FA, Encryption, VPN)
Knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Manager / InTune
Knowledge in Office 365 solutions
Knowledge in Cloud share and collaboration solutions, especially Microsoft Sharepoint / OneDrive for Business
Knowledge in Mailing, Microsoft Exchange and Mail security
Knowledge in telephone services, iOS / Apple devices
