Network & Security Operations Team backup (m/f/d)For our client in the Frankfurt area, we are searching for a Network Operations team backup who is responsible for the maintenance of stable performance of the infrastructure backbone across 3 geographical regions and among 25+ locations. A multicultural team with a global footprint (Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Germany, France, UK, USA
Requirements:
- Take Ownership of complex changes, incidents and problem solving (L3)
- Lead root cause analysis for complex problems, define and implement performance improvement actions
- Act as an escalation point of contact on urgent BAU internal and external matters (also with service providers)
- Collaborate cross-functionally on various IT matters with the service providers, Enterprise Architecture, business applications owners/ architects, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders
- Remote: 50%
Skills
- Language: Good command of English is a must
- Technical Expertise: Implementation and operations experience with SD-WAN, Cisco, Palo Alto, zScaler, F5, Akamai and other proven market leading technologies. Support Network design changes (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi/DC LAN/Firewalls) in collaboration with cloud, data center, cybersecurity specialists on projects and BAU topics
- Senior Network SME with 10++ years of experience in the area of WAN/ Routing, zScaler and Palo Alto technologies both support and architecture
