We are currently looking for an Azure Cloud security hosting consultant (m/f/d) for our energy client

Location: remote

Background:
Hosting and Cloud Technologies (HaCT) operations team manages the overall cloud operations & support activities mainly focusing on service request, incident, problems, changes & configuration management. Operations team act as a SPOC and coordinate between other HaCT technical teams (Infra, DB, Network), the clients application teams, the clientsService Management & Integration team, Microsoft and other relevant parties

Tasks (independently performed)
* Document and enhance the cloud security framework by analyzing the existing document and capturing the details of the Azure framework created
* Review the existing Azure network and architecture footprints. Analyzing all aspects of design to create a secure service in azure. Encompassing IAAS/PAAS/SAAS/VPNs.
* Organise with threat assessments to Identify potential risks, mature and strengthen the environment & mitigate any findings.
* Identify security lacks and find solutions in order to mitigate vulnerabilities in the azure cloud estate.
* Carrying out security reviews of applications
* Analyze security lacks. Configure sentinel in order to reflect the Azure environment.
* Design and implement security policies in azure to enhance the security posture within the azure
framework.
* Review Azure PaaS security, design policies and enhancements and documents and presentations
to the application community to enhance azure PaaS security.
* Conduct teams meeting with Security as required to to review applications.

Skills:
* Deep functional and technical knowledge of azure cloud security design
* Deep understanding of azure architecture - security center
* Ability to document and design patterns to enhance security
* Ability to review application architectures and suggest improvements to enhance security.
* Critical thinking and analysis of existing processes to provide feedback and guidance on continuous
service improvement for security.
* Deep understanding of Azure IaaS - Azure VMs & Azure PaaS services like AppGateway, ASE, Azure
Web Apps, Azure functions, SQL PaaS, Azure Storage, APIM , azure networking
* Azure network design for security.
* Team leadership skills - communication, organization, team work, customer orientation & ability to
innovate
* Problem solving & interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
* Experience Configuring sentinal for threat hunting.
* OS hardening knowledge (Win/Redhat/suse)
