Remote Project: SAP Entitlement Management (EMS) (m/w/d)For my client in Leverkusen I´m looking for a SAP Entitlement Management (EMS), who can support him.
If there is no one with SAP EMS skills, also very experienced SAP SD person could be potential fit.
Tasks and Skills: Functional configuration of an SAP Entitlement Management cloud application including:
- Configure SAP Entitlement Management (EMS) system settings using existing design documentation
- Adjust SAP EMS design according to business requirements
- Configure SAP EMS entitlements for service contracts, product warranties, software licenses, and others based on existing design documentation
- Consult with sales order / sales contracts / invoicing teams to configure SAP EMS entitlement triggering processes
- Conduct SPA EMS design adjustments, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Configure SAP EMS processes for entitlement creation and updates (manual and automatic entitlement creation and updates)
- Consult with master data teams for configuring entitlements with appropriate customer, equipment, and material data
- Design and configure SAP interfaces using SAP CPI and IDOC
- Coordinate and lead the build, test, and deploy activities for the SAP EMS workstream under the direction of project management
- Prepare and update user requirement specification and functional design design documentation
- Prepare test scripts and conduct testing for SAP EMS
- Prepare and conduct training for key user community
- Provide post-implmentation hypercare support
