Data Scientist - Freelance - Start 5th July

Job description:
- Proactive familiarisation with the technical context of the project
- Recording of analysis/modelling requirements from the project team
- Management of the requirements in Jira
- Supporting the conceptual development of the analyses
- Integration of new data sources into the data model
- Versatile database access, if necessary to business field databases
- Design and implement data pre-/post-processing algorithms with Python Service description - Downstream competition "Data Intelligence".
- Visualisation of results and data storytelling to project manager and project team
- Documentation in Confluence
- Code management in GitLab


Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Science with Python.
- Very good SQL knowledge
- Experience in working with information providers, data suppliers and requesters who are not in the same project team


Nice to have:
- Experience in modelling relational database schemas.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering in terms of design patterns and code quality. Design patterns and code quality
- Experience with working in agile teams
- Experience with project management in Jira
- Experience with knowledge management in Confluence
- Experience with code management with git
- Statistical modelling
- CI/CD with GitLab
