Position: Operations/Process ManagerOur client is a new fibre provider in the German market. They are looking for an experienced Operations/Process Manager to define and coordinate the processes for customer connection and support (residential customers).
Tasks:
- Definition and coordination of the required processes for customer connection and support.
- Definition of the requirements for (IT) systems to implement the processes
- Coordination of processes with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service
- Documentation of the processes
Skills:
- Several years of experience in process design and/or operations management
- Project management experience
- Pragmatic way of working
- Doer mentality
- Core task is not the documentation of processes, but their definition and implementation
- Advantageous: Experience in the telecommunications industry, especially in fibre-optic marketing
