JOB DESCRIPTION
Functional Safety Expert is supporting the Safety Manager in performing his/her task, as creating release recommendations for an item free of unreasonable risk when operated in an intended context as per ISO 26262 for some customer developments..
Responsibilities:
Monitor the safety activities (ISO-26262:2 6 & ISO-26262:4 5).
Create DIA.
Gather information for safety cases and safety release recommendation.
Create/Compile component safety release recommendation.
Coordinate the audit and confirmation review activities (ISO-26262:2 6).
Creating / updating templates.
Review the release recommendations.
Review the requirement for the correctness and completeness against input requirements and ISO26262.
Create Functional Safety Release Recommendations and Safety Plans / Cases Monitor the safety activities based on safety plan and DIA List, report and monitor any safety deviation
Requirements:
Core Skills: M.Sc. or B.Sc in Electrical , Power Electronics, Mechatronics Experience in ePowerTrain, (HPEV; Inverter, DCDC…)
Experience in quality standards
Core Tools: Microsoft Office Suite HP ALM Jira Configuration Management (SVN).
Fluent German and English skills.
Experience with ISO26262 Work Products. .
