- Administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 and Azure Intunes
- Maintaining hardware, software, cloud systems and networks
- 1st and 2nd Level Support: successful running of the employee helpdesk
- Design and implement efficient administrative workflows and processes
- Strive to centralize, standardize, and simplify the management of office infrastructure?
- Improve the experience and flow of?Clariness?users within the infrastructure?
Your Profile
- Completed training as an IT System Administrator, IT Specialist or equivalent training and 2+?years’ experience in a technical support role?
- Experience with Microsoft Windows/MacOS/Linux for both server & client applications, good knowledge of networking devices & configuration and cloud
administration (Azure preferred)
- Hands-on mindset, customer focused, detail-oriented and analytical personality?with a high affinity for technical systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (2-3 times per month)
- Fluent in English, German is a Plus?
