Main tasks:
- Liaise with Client to ensure solution meets their requirements
- Lead solutioning during functional workshops
- Configure the solution and manage technical developers in agile context
Main qualifications
- Profound experience regarding Salesforce Service Cloud, Service Console, Case Management, Service Process, Knowledge, Omnichannel
- Experience in Retail / CPG a plus
- Service Cloud Certification
- Fluency in German and English
