Location : Dusseldorf ( Remote work will be given until the current situation is settled but should be open for travel )

Tasks
• Perform Daily backup checks
• Perform Patch management, OS and Firmware update
• Capacity Management
• SMTP Gateway management.
• Engage in message tracking and fraud investigation
• Email Domain management
• Import/Export mailbox data, restore mailbox on demand basis
• Check/renew certificates on SMTP appliance, load balancers, exchange and enterprise vault servers, AD Servers, Hitachi Storage and HP Enclosures.
• Standard user and vault administration
• Create and Maintain technical documentation
• First point of escalation for all technical and process issues.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required
• Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
• Timely escalation to management
• Plan and schedule Changes coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures
• Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels
• Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower
• Work on the service improvement programs.
• Training of new team members.
• Work with project teams for activities such as new server build, OS upgrades, migrations etc
Skills
• Sound knowledge of AD, Exchange 2010 server, Exchange 2016 server
• Sound Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 &2016, Active Directory, SQL server 2012.
• Knowledge of Cisco enhanced email, Cisco Email Security appliance, Cisco Content security appliance, Symantec - PGP, Ontrack power controls.
• Awareness of Veritas Enterprise Vault Journal,Hitachi Data instance director,Hitachi HDID, Hitachi Storage Proxy, Hitachi VSP G600
• Awareness of ESX, IBM SVC, Enterprise Vault, HP Blades, F5 Load Balancer.
• ITIL Awareness
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
