The Rollout manager is responsible for rollout preparation, planning, management, follow up and communication with the site coordinator. The rollout manager role is delegated project management tasks for the rollout phase from the Global Template Management, this includes planning, organization and follow-up of the rollouts:

- Initiate rollout projects
- Establishing performance measures and monitoring overall implementation status
- Coordinating the budget process; control and report on program costs and deviations from budget/plans;
- Prepare and maintain of the Global Roll Out Schedule
- Prepare and maintain implementation approach/methodology, project management tools and standards for the program
- Maintaining the master repository of key program documentation regarding quality audits, global procedures, processes and standards, and costs.
- Coordinate resource and knowledge transfer between roll out projects
- Owner of the change control process for project rollout deliverables
- Communication / Coordination of Implementation Strategy
- setup of local Project Charter in line with the Template Governance model
- Organize and lead Awareness Workshops/ Preparation Meeting at local Rollout Sites
- Organize and coordinate the Knowledge Transfer to the local site Teams (Enablement of local Team)
- Plans, coordinates and supports Lessons Learned Workshops between Central Team and Local Rollout Team
- Coordinates and supports all Training related activities (Training Preparation, Training Logistics, Localization and Translation)
- Provides Rollout Standards (”Rollout-Starter Kit”) to local site teams
- Facilitates the communication of plans and procedures that relate to timing, approach, and instructions to execute the roll-out at local sites
- Facilitates and moderates the Change Request Process between Central Team and the local rollout sites
- On-site visits during critical Rollout Milestone activities (Project Kick-Off, User-Acceptance Test, Final Going Live Preparation and Readiness Evaluation/ Going Live)
- Identify required support from central team to local roll out projects
- Secures that local team remains within the Global Template Guidelines
- coordinates the Decision escalation process (especially regarding Change- and Risk Management)
- Coach local Rollout Site Coordinator in all Governance issues
- Ensures an open and trustful Communication environment between Central Team and local rollout teams
- Organizes, moderates and facilitates joint Project Meetings


- Project Management experience
- Experience in rollout methodology with roadmap
- Experience in Template maintenance during rollout
- Experience in a Rollout with a central Template Governance Team
- Experience using Solution Manager during Rollout
- Experienced Cut-Over Management
- Understands the importance of OCM (Organizational Change Management) during rollout
- Experience in in an (international) template build project with piloting and rollouts
- Excellent understanding of project management processes, especially in planning, monitoring and controlling
- Experience in Template Release Management
- Understands and has practical rollout experience
- Excellent communication skills

- PMP or Prince2 certified
- Experience in agile practises
- Project Language: English
