Tasks:
• Support the IT Service Manager in IT projects and drive Digital Workplace initiatives for our client
• Support a user-friendly Windows 10 Rollout for ~2,000 end users
• Support a “silent” refresh of managed printing services
• Support in implementing a modern walk- in center for the Hamburg location
- Develop support concept for other locations
• Support building up the mobility center responsible for management of mobile devices (iPhone / iPad)
- Mobile device guidance
- Mobile device management
- Mobile device support
• Drive acceptance of Skype for Business by promoting technology and features
• Drive implementation of new apps and tools around Office 365
• Conceptualize, pilot and promote new technology that improve collaboration in the business in the UX lab
- In alignment with the business
- By observing market and industry trends
- Establish lean processes and procedures to keep control of IT operations and projects
• Build automated dashboards by using dynamic tools (e.g. Tableau, O365 apps)
- Availability of IT systems and clients
• E.g. Nexthink Monitoring
- SLA performance of our providers
- Incident Management
• Housekeeping activities to keep IT costs under control
- Infrastructure costs
- Workplace- related costs
- Mobile phone costs
- Mailboxes
• Support in control of network performance and improve wherever possible
- Support in End user support
• Provision of easy-to-understand manuals for self service
• Support the IT service management in incident management and escalations
Skills:
• Good understanding of IT in general
• Ability to see IT through the users eyes’
• Experience in workplace – related projects
• Fast apprehension of technical issues
• Experience in creating presentations and manuals
• Language skills: German & English

Capacity: 100% (224 hours onsite and 896 hours offsite)
