Beschreibung

The B&S Analyst will be responsible for business analysis activities for projects and programmes of all sizes. He/She will be able to understand the business needs in purely CRM perspective and be able to creatively shape and refine business solutions through agreed artefacts to meet those needs. In guiding and advising clients to help them develop and refine requirements, he/she must be able to quickly establish the credibility with client staff at all levels.

B&S Analyst responsibilities
Working with stakeholders and business users from the customer to elicit, capture, analyse, refine and communicate / document their requirements on Vlocity.•
Representing the customer in support of the delivery teams and vice versa throughout the project lifecycle.•
Support architects and developers to develop technical solutions.•
Working with User Experience and Information Architects in the definition of Customer Journeys.•
Help client and delivery team to understand the solution overview and change impact.•
Validating / verifying that the functional and non-functional requirements are appropriately implemented within the solution.•
Assisting with the estimation of timescales, resources and planning to successfully deliver a project.•
Maintain an agreed set of artefacts and lead business process mapping and effectively work to support the wider transformation approach.•


Experience summary
A track record of working as a BA on Salesforce development projects with demonstrable experience of at least 5 IT delivery projects•
Exposure to comprehensive cloud based and omni-channel CRM system•
Sufficient knowledge and experience of frameworX ( aka e TOM) based telco operating stacks like BSS ( Order Management, Billing, CRM, Product Catalogue• etc. ) and OSS (Inventory, Service assurance, design etc.).
Experience of working with a recognised Agile or Iterative (e.g. Scrum, XP) and waterfall development methodology.•
Experience of Agile documentation including BRD, Backlogs, Customer Journeys, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria etc.•
Experience in solution design capability and knowledge of HLD, RTM etc.•
Experience of a variety of requirements elicitation techniques, (e.g. interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops, role playing and prototyping)•
