R&D Senior Engineer wanted for our Turgi based client in the Manufacturing sector.Your experience/skills:
- Master or PHD Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years' work experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar relevant field
- Deep skills in high power electronics coupled with an analytic and structural approach for tasks
- High self-management and leadership skills with a strong customer-orientated mind-set
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Taking the leading role of system design of complete excitation system and being responsible for all integration aspects of product development
- Managing technical responsibility for the excitation system designs and supporting strategical cooperation by creating technical concepts, functional designs and descriptions as well as components verification and type tests
- Cooperating closely with product responsible unit to ensure success of market introduction of new developed product and systems
- Defining dimensioning guidelines for complete systems
- Building up a strong expertise and knowhow of the typical product applications, product functional descriptions, functions design, dimensioning rules, verification and validation overview, coordination of IP, standards knowhow, overview and support of product quality in general and product quality issues
- Supporting sales process including tender documents as well as organising and coordinating 4 Level Support
