Technical Recruiter wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:
- Working experience as a recruiter including hiring technical staff and managing the candidate process
- Background in managing reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries
- Capability to improve customer experience for candidates, new hires, hiring managers and recruiters
- Ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks, managing work time efficiently coupled with a strong sourcing ability and organisational skills
- Familiar with working in a in a high-paced changing work environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Evaluating skill level and managing the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation as well as offer acceptances and declines
- Collaborating with hiring managers, senior management and other groups in negotiating offers
- Compiling and updating reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries for hiring managers
- Acting as a mentor providing guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators as well as acting as a candidate advocate
- Providing continuous follow-up with clients, confirming staffing plans and handling candidate needs
