Glocomms is currently supporting a leading Healthcare Organisation based in West Belgium who is searching for a cloud specialist, they need support with one of their projects and are offering a freelance Contract.The role is onsite and initially 5 months with a possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
•Creating the framework for and executing performance testing and stress testing with defined goals and strategy with real use cases and test data.
•Performance testing to validate the application and the infrastructure (behavior, region and AZ availability, latency, on-premise connectivity, external integrations, metrics collection, etc.).
•Load testing to measure the application/system behavior under heavy load conditions.
•Identifying performance issues in the front-end tier, back-end tier and database tier. Scope for solution design and re-engineering based on the performance issues.
•Communicate with team members to clarify requirements and overcome obstacles to meet the team goals.
•Produce clear and concise documentation to support software/infrastructure mitigations
•AWS Cloud Engineering:
•Strong technical skills across AWS technologies, an expert on AWS cloud ecosystem
•Experience with performance testing of cloud applications and cloud infrastructure
•Experience with Load testing to measure the application/system behavior under heavy load conditions
•Able to perform capacity planning, based on test results from varied performance testing
•Knowledge of TDD frameworks:
•Protractor/Selenium test automation
•Knowledge of Cucumber.JS is a plus
•Knowledge of JS unit test frameworks (Mocha/Chai/SinonJS/PHantomJS) is a plus
