A global and coming organisation is looking to expand its thriving team with the addition of an experienced freelance Support Analyst (m/f). As Support Analyst (m/f), you will be responsible for PC, Data Center, and 2nd line incident/troubleshooting.
We're looking for a candidate who has expert knowledge mainly in Installation and configuration of PC's, Network environment, Voice an/or peripheral on request.
What skills should you have?
- Expert Active Directory LDAP knowledge
- Amazon AWS knowledge is essential
- Understanding of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 7, Microsoft Windows Server 2012
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Valid working permit for EU
