Duration: 3 months Initially
Location: Bremen, Germany
Skills & Description:
- 6-8 years of experience in providing desktop and Laptop break fix support with expertise in Lenovo systems with Windows operating systems
- Experience in IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) requests related to end user machines
- Expertize in replacing hard drives, install image and other applications
- Experience in pushing Anti-virus and patches to the end user devices
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills
