Tasks:
Contract Management & Sourcing carries the overall strategic responsibility to source all relevant IT-Services from Outsourcing Partners and ensures that the given budget is being kept and the Supplier’s obligations are being fulfilled.

Support for Negotiation will have the responsibility to support and coordinate the Negotiation of the IT Contract Modernization in cloud environment.

· Support contract negotiations with service providers in terms of Project Management Office
· Coordination of feedback and content of Negotiation
· Finalization of Management presentation
· Steering of project Budget consumption
· Maintaining appropriate record
· Implement and optimize process in order to monitor deliverables.
· Maintain overview of contractual risks encoring during the Negotiation

Skills:
· Experience in complex IT outsourcing project
· Long-term working experience in an international environment
· Comprehensive IT know-how
· Strong ability to think in an analytical and strategic conceptual manner
· Highly-developed ability to deal with conflicts in a constructive manner and to work under pressure
· Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills
· Strong independent and self-contained approach
· Process orientation and focus on results
· Strong formal approach and capability to present result on Management level
· Excellent language skills in English
