SAP CRM with Automotive Dealership processes experience. Our client a large global company is searching for an experienced SAP CRM with Automotive dealership processes experience. Suitable applicants will have strong focus on Automotice dealership processes and CRM processes and interface to dealer management system.
The following SAP CRM components will be deployed during the project:
SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Automotive
CRM Marketing - Campaign Management - Customer Engagement Management - Lead Management
CRM Sales - Customer Engagement Management - Opportunity Management
CRM Services - Interaction Center - Contact Center Management
Inbound telephony
Inbound email processing
Alerts
Lead Creation by IC
Complaint processing
Call List
Service appointments
Set-up categorization
Suitable applicants will be required to do preparation and realization of workshops, creation of blueprint, mapping to SAP CRM Level.
Suitable candidates will speak Fluent English and German as a bonus.
This project will be based 75% in Saudi Arabia and 25% remote.
All expenses are covered when travelling to Saudi Arabia.
