Hello,currently I am looking for a project manager with security and banking experience.
The project manager will be involved in delivery of the processes, technology and people workstreams.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain project plans, manage risks and issues, etc
* Manage project resources and their tasks
* Running team meetings and updating the project plan and risk logs accordingly
* Prepare and chair meetings
* Prepare for and attend progress review meetings
* Providing updates each week to PMO
* "Hands-on" mentality, getting involved to drive issues
* Contracts and procurement for forensic tools and vendors providing
staff augmentation
* Providing cover for other managers
* Escalating to management as required around risks in the project
Skills and Experience:
* Project management preferably within a Security environment in Financial
Services
* Experience and relevant qualifications (eg. PMP, Prince 2)
* Ability to identify and interpret stakeholder needs and requirements
* German and English language skills to business standard are vital.
* Requires excellent communication skills at all levels
* Pro-active
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Management of project plans, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies
* Putting together reporting and Steering Commitee slides for management and
running meetings
* Ability to identify and align roles and responsibilities both within and
between control functions and operations
* Experience of seeking approval at senior management levels
