Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3049 for an IT Project Lead (f/m) InfrastructureProject environment
A Global Swiss Bank is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead two ongoing infrastructure projects. Current infrastructure does not meet Wealth Management standards (email system, client channels and integration in the global platform). IT systems landscape is heterogeneous, in early development phase, and most of the processes are still manual, leading to shortcomings in efficiency. A lack of scalability leads to impossibility to absorb projected growth Time-to-market and requires improvement in the fast developing markets. Risk exposure, due to manual processes and noncompliant security architecture.
Tasks
• Centralization and consolidation to 6 Global Hub Data Centers.
• Standardize application architecture onto Strategic platforms, while placing applications in line with BCM tiring and DataCenter classification.
• Identify, acquire, build key apps/ communities that drive consolidation to Strategic platforms and force retirement of legacy platforms.
• Global Windows 2003 End of Life Remediation program to identify, and migrate all Win2k3
components.
• Enables adoption of the Infra Modernization program.
• Implement a infrastructure hub to overcome the lack of infrastructure in place and to support different locations' business worldwide and foster growth.
• Leverage experience from Wealth Management IT LAC (Latin America and Carribean) Hub. Hosting of current and future Representative Offices and Advisory Offices - Decouple Wealth Management from Investment Banking and set up Wealth Management zones.
• Share backup and recovery infrastructure.
• Implement a GEM (Global Emerging Markets) infrastructure hub to overcome the lack of infrastructure in place and to support TIGA (Turkey, Israel,Greece and Afrika), MENA (Middle East and North Afrika), CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) locations' business and foster growth.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience within IT Infrastructure Projects.
• Experience in major global banks.
• Technical background.
• Experience with Data Center infrastructure would be a plus.
• Any experience, degree or knowhow in Business/Banking would be a plus.
• English and German are a must.
