Stream Lead Network & Voice Services m/f / Kennziffer - 27179

Task:
Management of the conception, planning and implementation of the contractually agreed results of the following WBS elements:
- Network project management
- Network conception and management
- WAN
- LAN
- Voice
- Security
- Mobile communications
- Internet access, Firewalls, DMZ
- Load balancer
- Remote access / RAS, VPN
- Video services
- Integration supply & services
- Customer specific network services
- Operational readiness
- Implementation Service Management Platform

General stream management
- Management of the stream and leadership to the team of the stream.
- Resource planning and appropriate staffing of the stream.
- Implementation of the defined project governance in the stream.
- Contribution to the project management activities in the overall program, e.g. scope management, risk management, change management, claim management, etc.
- Contribution to cross functional streams, e.g. Solution Architecture, Operational Architecture, Security, Asset and License Management, HR transfer and integration, etc.
- Integration of all required parties for the implementation of the project results.
Planning, conception and implementation
- Identification and documentation of all contractually defined deliverables of the stream.
- Identification and documentation of normative, legal, fiscal or contractual conditions and constraints for the stream (e.g. common standards, export control limitations)
- Implementation of a scope and data management for the stream (i.e. lists with basic data required for the stream)
- Development of a detailed project plan for the stream, including dependencies to other streams and 3rd party contributions
- Planning and conduction of required internal ordering (e.g. delivery orders) and external procurement
- Detailed planning of rollout activities including concepts, specifications, temporary support requirements, fall back scenarios, etc.
- Detailed planning, execution and documentation of all required tests and acceptance activities for the deliverables of the stream.
- Development of detailed technical and operational concepts for CMO+ and FMO as well as for the transition and transformation phase.
- Provision of technical and operational documentation for the stream.
- Preparation and execution of activities required for the hand over to operation
Financial
- Contribution to the cost breakdown activity, regular provision of cost forecasts.
- Management of the stream budget. Tracking and verification of the spent work hours and costs.
Communication
- Preparation and execution of workshops with the customer an involved 3rd parties
- Provision of a regular and accurate reporting about the status and progress of the stream.
- Contribution to communication activities, e.g. to the customer management or to end users
Procurement
Define and describe B2B/Subcontractor planning
