Description:
For our Global WM project we are looking at resources with "functional" Manhattan WMoS experience: Support Analysts. Experience in WMoS version 2013. Experience in production support on a Unix environment. Experience with MarkMagic/JMagic printing tools is a plus Activities. Logging/Updating of tickets. Answering calls. Issue resolution. Issue escalation to 2n line. Triage of issues. Preparing of DB update scripts. Administration and follow up of SDN installs
