A Global Swiss Bank is looking for an IT – Project Manager for the program of Access Card integration. The resulting 3KC (3-Key certificate) based access card will serve as physical building access token, as well as all personal authentication based applications and end user device access.
Tasks
• Manage relationship with all project stakeholders (CIO function, Business, BSM, Interface partners, etc.).
• Provide the planning of the 3KC-Card rollout considering the business impacts.
• Organize the tasks and activities of the project (i.e. plans and manages allocated resources, shapes priorities, coordinates interactions with customers and users).
• Provide the project plan and updates it as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery, requested and planned resources etc.).
• Prepare information and recommendation for choosing the appropriate sourcing pattern.
• Manage the relationship with suppliers.
Requirements
• Experience in Stakeholder and Supplier Management.
• Skills in Resource planning, resource management, and procurement.
• Access Card knowhow is a great advantage.
• Knowhow of Risk analysis, dependencies, and decision analysis skills.
• Global bank experience is essential.
• Several years of experience in project management (PMI, PMP, Prince or the like certificate is an advantage).
• RSA- cryptosystem knowhow is an advantage.
• Experience with web services is a plus.
Soft skills
• Presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong Leadership and team building capabilities.
• Problem solving skills and analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure make sound decisions under stress.
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is beneficial.
