We are currently recruiting for a PMO Support Consultant for a contract opportunity based in Germany.
Job Title: PMO Support Consultant
Job Location: Eschborn - Germany
Job Duration: 7 Months:
The main responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Support the successful delivery of key initiatives and programmes
Facilitate the production of portfolio report communications and management of the escalation of exceptions
Design, development and provision of management reporting information to key stakeholders from within the PMO project environment
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Strong experience in Meeting management incl. Technology setup, data analysis (MS Excel), presentation preparation (MS Word), project plan (MS Project)
Experience as a PMO Coordinator or in a similar role within the PMO.
Experience in managing project plans, including risks and issues
Ability to develop, establish and operate procedures supporting the PMO function
Fluent in German and English
