Für ein Projekt bei unserem Kunden suchen wir eine/nBusiness Consultant (m/w) - Schwerpunkt Joint Venture
Start date of assignment: 08.06.2015
Initial contract duration: 3 months (optional: extension possible until December 2015)
Degree of employment: Full-time
Location: Frankfurt a. M.
Project description and main tasks
Setting up a Joint Venture (JV) between our customer and Asian partners in the financial industry, location in Germany
The project covers the setup of the legal, business and operational concepts/specifications for the JV
Major project tasks include support Project Management in the following areas:
Specification of business plan and case
Legal setup based on pre-defined framework/term sheet
JV branding & communication strategy, including implementation concept
Coordination, validation and fine-tuning of product development roadmap
Financial product sales & marketing strategy, including implementation concept
Setup of operational model, including coordination with service providers
