Scope of work for assignment:
Setup & Project manage a project to define and deploy a Windows 10 Managed Client Service within the following scope:
-OS to be deployed to different hardware platforms (Desktop, Notebook, Tablets, Detachable PCs, Mobile Phones)
-Service Design and Support Modell documented
-Infrastructure components within the global Datacentre environment, enabling technical service readiness for all Global Regions designed and build
-Training plans for all service tiers of the global IT organization to prepare service readiness of the IT support organization
-Marketing and Training-Material for End-Users
-Roll-out a limited number of users (~1000) on a defined HW platform to the regions
-Early life support by enabling and utilizing all global IT support departments
-Change and Release communication towards the stakeholders
-Country Rollout packages for local IT organizations
-Phased roll-out plan for all areas and countries prepared

Requirements:
-5+ years of overall IT experience including project management experience
-Proven track record in managing global client deployment projects
(Windows XP or Windows 7)
-Technical IT Infrastructure experience, especially with Microsoft Client platforms (Windows 7/8 in the Enterprise)
-Excellent written & spoken communication skills (English & German mandatory)
-PRINCE2, MSP, PMI and/or similar project / programme management certification
-Worked in an ITIL organisation
-Willingness to travel nationally & internationally as projects require

Responsibility:
-Manage the delivery of the project within agreed scope, standards, budget, time scales, and tolerances
-Ensure that Project Management Office (PMO) methodology is adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
-Ensure that all risks and issues are captured and managed throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
-Communicate and publish project Status Reports at a frequency defined by the project stakeholders
-Ensure that specific PMO project SharePoint sites for which you are responsible are accurate, current, and reflect the true and honest status of your projects
-Run affective meetings with both internal (project team(s) & steering committee) and external third parties whilst ensuring that all meetings are minuted, actions assigned with deadlines and published
-Ensure that project resources are accurately captured and agreed at the beginning of the project and monitored, and adjusted where necessary, throughout the project lifecycle
-Ensure that all project changes because of exceeding tolerances cover, including but not limited to, scope, budget, and timeframes are processed through the agreed PMO project change process
-Identify where project priority issues exists and, work with the PMO to address such issues effectively
-Identify where project dependencies exists and, work with the PMO to ensure that the affected projects are correctly prioritised
-Identify where project resource issues exists and work with the PMO, address such issues effectively
-Identify and implement an effective method of managing geographically dispersed project team members and project resources that operate in different time zones
-Operate and communicate at all levels of the organisation including senior management and technical resources
