Currently recruiting for a Wind Electrical Engineer which will be based with a client of mine in Salzbergen, Germany.
Responsibilities:
*Execute project specific electrical engineering design work on wind turbine el. components.
*Definition of component requirements, technical clarification, interface definition, testing, introduction into manufacturing and issue resolution.
*Creation and control of technical documentation for components and assemblies, including specifications, bills of material, drawings and schematics.
*Ensure compliance to international codes and standards like IEC, UL, CSA, ISO, CE, CCC, etc.
*Work with global and cross-functional teams to leverage 'Best Practice' for electrical component design, testing and validation.
*Work closely with the Technical Leaders and global team members to ensure high quality and on-time delivery for engineering assignments.
Required Skills & Experience Levels:
*Certified Engineer, BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
*Certified Engineer, BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
*Experience of electrical components, applications and practices.
*Proven knowledge of international codes and standards like IEC, UL, CSA, NEC.
*Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
