for an IT - Project Manager (f/m) in the Area of Security Operations

Project environment
A Global Swiss Bank is looking for an IT – Project Manager in the security area. The main objective of the project is to increase the maturity of security operations with new KPI’s among others. Currently the project stage is about defining high level phases.


Tasks
• Managing all aspects of a program / project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
• Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement.
• Define new KPI’s of security operation to monitor it.
• Examine the current state of Security Operations and create documentations of how it works today. Elaborate suggestions for innovations in security operations.


Requirements
• Network Security expertise is a must.
• Experience in Security Operations is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills to analyse complex problems, analyse & document processes, and build consensus around target solutions.
• Ability to research best practice and advise on target solutions.
• Ability to work across time zones, hierarchy levels, and cultures.
• Global bank experience is essential.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor or higher university degree.
