A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Business Project Manager to support the WM (Wealth Management) Reporting Stream Leader (responsible for 23 WM locations across APAC, Americas and EMEA) in managing and leading (functional- and SME-wise) the Business Division's (BD) local Project Managers (PMs) to implement locally the mandatory FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act) Reporting requirements.
Tasks
• Analyse, establish and implement multilevel processes.
• Support the BD stream leader in leading and guiding 23 local project managers in implementing FATCA, including control framework, processes, controls, validation- and sign-off process, readiness checks, etc.
• Deal and solve complex issues and risks across the whole bank related with FATCA.
• Manage effectively interdependencies in a highly complex environment.
• Work together with different areas such as Group Tax, Business, Operations, IT, etc. across the whole firm.
• Establishing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc status reports.
• Effectively support the BD stream leader and assume full ownership of assigned project tasks.
Requirements
• English, German and possibly Italian.
• FATCA and/or QI knowledge.
• Experience within a global Swiss bank would be preferred.
• Understanding in complex multiple matrix program set-up.
• Being able to handle intercultural factors.
• Broad PM experience.
• Analytical skills.
• Finance industry / finance products knowledge.
