We are currently recruiting for our client, Telecommunication company for Deputy Regional General Counsel to join their project in the Germany.Position Title: Deputy Regional General Counsel

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the business by providing advice on a variety of legal and compliance related matters, drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, official communications with customers, authorities and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring the legal compliance of the company’s activities, monitoring and ensuring the compliance with the company’s internal policy related to legal issues.
- Dealing with corporate issues, including but not limited to convening AGM, EGM, BOD Meetings, arranging POA.
- Support HR Department with respect to labor law issues, expatriates management, and visa issues.
- Coordinating with external law firms, liaising with customers in the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- At least 10 years of experience as Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Legal or Legal Director, in a national/international company or as a senior lawyer in a law firm, experience in the ICT industry is a must.
- ICT Industry experience, Accenture Consulting experience is welcome
- Familiar with Cyber security, privacy law (telecom law, IPR law, IT law, contract law, company law, criminal law, employment law and immigration law, etc.)
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills together with a strong commercial sense
- Fluency in English and German
