We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for Senior Solution Manager - Energy to join their project in GermanyPosition Title: Senior Solution Manager - Energy

Responsibilities:
- Product marketing and sales promotion for ICT energy solution including UPS, Precision cooling, Rectifiers
- Develop industry vision and engage with customers (telecom operators, system integrator, IT/industrial/electrical distributor, government/financial/industrial/scientific domain users) in EMEA.
- Take the technical lead role in supporting important sales projects, meet customers, understand their requirements, design a solution to fit their need, and present the solution to customers
- Prioritize customer requirements for R&D and take responsibility for product’s competitiveness
- Filter and prioritize customer requirements for R&D and take responsibility for product’s competitiveness
- Increase sales and marketing staff competence and capability to sell energy solution through regular training sessions
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree or higher in communication, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- Deep Knowledge in ICT energy solution. Familiar with energy business in Europe. Additional knowledge of non-European markets is a bonus.
- Minimum 8 years working experience in energy solution, thereof at least 3 years in industrial leading company(such as: AEG, ABB, Alcatel, Siemens, Delta, Eaton, Eltek, Emerson, Delta, GE, Lucent, Schneider Electrical, Piller, Riello, Socomec, Stulz)
- Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken, Good communication and presentation skills
- Ready to frequent traveling in EMEA. Deep Knowledge in energy solution.
