Main task:
Candidate will provide expertise regarding Service Desk procedures
Required Skills:
• Experience of at least 2 years in complex technological environments.
• Experience of at least 2 years working on a IT Service Desk.
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• Knowledge of ticketing tools (OTRS & ARS Remedy)
• Reporting Tools
• Desktop support Tools
• Commitment and involvement with the customer.
• Empathy
• Teamwork.
• Planning
• Organisation
• Initiative and innovation
• Communication
