Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for an IMS Network Assurance Lead to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities:
? Good understanding and knowledge of “IMS Networks Architecture” and “Routing Protocols”.
? Strong Knowledge of industry standards.
? Set up missing elements of Network Assurance Program
? Improve existing services to achieve best in class quality.
? Implementing strategic direction of the program with all key stakeholders internally & externally.
? Perform day to day operations on both high & low level activities.
? Concise communication skills.
? Ability to interact with CLevel
stakeholders.
? Strong Operations knowledge
? GERMAN LANGUAGE is essential for this position.

? IMS dashboard monitoring
? RCA & incident management
? Customer Service Request (fault reports) handling
? Architectural support
