Provide ongoing L3/L4 support to the following productsMS Office 2007, 2010 and 2013. Adobe Acrobat Reader, Standard, Professional, Digital.
Key responsibilities would be:
planning, coordination, implementation of software product, service packs and hot fixes.
Strategic consulting for the product usage. Processing and solution for trouble tickets etc.
This is support only, no development done.
Gathering requirements by interacting with the business users and provide solution based on it.
Good Knowledge on ITIL V3 Incident, Problem & Change Management.
Ready to work in 24/ 7 support environment.
Very good communication skills.
Must have: German Language
Proficiency in English Language is Desirable
