Our long standing end client has just release a reqest for a Windows Admin who is German speaking to join project.
Statement of Work:
Incident Management:
- Resolve single- and cross technology incidents independently.
- Work with team members to resolve unusually complex or cross technology incidents.
Escalation Management:
- Work with others to help manage escalations through customer mid management level.
Problem Management:
- Proactively and reactively look or solutions to prevent problems from occurring in team/technology area.
Change Management/Implementation:
- Independently review, implement, and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and risk to meet customer infrastructure needs.
- May participate in a Change Advisory Board.
- Own move to production responsibly (create maintain Ops Guide/Manual and troubleshooting guides, handover to bare metal run)
Operations Maintenance:
- Perform maintenance for Back End infrastructure (eg AV, Monitoring, Reporting, etc.)
Patch and Security:
- Analyze patches for compatibility with the infrastructure environment.
- Develop, implement and maintain automated patch procedures.
Configuration Management:
- Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries are complete and accurate.
Solution Design:
- Apply common solutions to meet highly complex customer infrastructure needs.
Quality:
- Provide continual Improvement recommendations for direct responsibility area (process improvement, technical standard updates, automation, etc).
Project Management:
- Participate and propose projects across technology, customers and/or end users areas, including transformation.

- Windows Cluster (File und SQL)
- SCOM (Administration; Configuration; troubleshooting)
- SQL (Administration; Server Configuration; Hardening; troubleshooting; Reporting Services; Clustering)
- Powershell
- Check_MK
- ESX skills (of advantage)
- Veeam (of advantage)
- Operational policies/standards
A suitable candidate must be Fluent in Both German & English
