German/English Speaking Mac Support Analyst (2nd/3rd line)
Our client is urgently seeking a German and English speaking Mac OS X Kernel support analyst to work on a 12 month contract in Berlin based on the below specification:
- The On-site Support technician has responsibility for the site support needs in Berlin, Germany
- This person must provide 2nd & 3rd Level desktop support to customer internal employees, contractors, and vendors .
- Manage the team incident queue and action all incidents within given SLA.
- Manage the hardware repair process in region, liaising with our offsite and onsite hardware repair service providers
- Support MAC OS X Servers, troubleshooting access and permission issues.
- Support onsite managed print solution.
- Support internal meeting room check-in system.
- At least 2 years' experience working on MAC OS X Kernel
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written in both German and English
- Ability to learn new topics with minimum supervision and at a fast pace
- Ability to work within a dynamic team
- Diligent and responsible approach with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to direct and supervise work of others and operate in a team environment
Soft skills:
- Should be self-motivated, must be able to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgment in the absence of complete information.
- Should be able to interact with onsite and offshore teams.
- Must have good oral/written communication skills and pay high attention to detail
