My client are looking for an experience German speaking Onsite Support Engineer for a contract opportunity based in Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware, software and other tech tools and products in a form of combined 1st and 2nd level technical support (calls/tickets/user interaction)
- Problem analysis and solution, including documentation and administration
- Must be capable of multitasking and be prepared to adjust the work priorities to meet clients' needs
- Delivering and connecting the HW and instructing the user (HW, Windows)
Requirements:
- Successful training as IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience
- Working experience in creating Excel, Word & Powerpoint reports/documents for customer review & discussio
- Experience with deploying Windows 10, O365
- Basic knowledge in SCCM
- Good to have knowledge in Cisco WebEx, VPN, Office 365 Experience with network technologies and good knowledge of ticketing systems
- Fluent English & German language
