Service Desk Support (Level 1-German speakers)
SDA L1 - We are seeking multiple German speaking individuals to provide 1st line support via a Support Desk and to contribute to the environment of the support/feedback process whilst assisting with enhancing our relationship with clients.
Main Duties
- Actively support the Support Desk queue
- Provide 1st line support to all clients for operational support requests and incidents
- Escalate issues to the relevant teams as necessary and manage them to completion
- Decide on the best course of action and triage the issues to other business units as required
- Notify users of known system issues that may affect them an regularly update them with current status and estimated time to resolution
- Build good working relationships with clients and colleagues
